We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Cook to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. Our Dietary Cook plays a vital role in ensuring the overall health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established menus and dietary requirements
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage and handling
Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and implement special dietary programs
Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and ordering supplies
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dietary or culinary role, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
