They are a nimble mid-size company, part of a larger corporation with great benefits, etc. Job Description Key responsibilities and functions include product specifications, architecture, design, development, and continuous improvement of new and existing products. Work with a mid-size team of other professionals. Qualifications BS (MS preferred) in CS, CE, EE or other technical discipline 2+ years of experience in software engineering- development methodologies, reusability, modularity, maintainability experience in design and development of embedded software in C/C++; with RTOS (VxWorks, GHS, INTEGRITY, etc.); developing applications and drivers in Linux and Windows Advanced knowledge of software configuration management (SCM) Software/hardware design experience with high-speed networking (802.1Q Ethernet switching, TCP/IP, VLANs) Communication protocol knowledge (PCI, USB, JTAG, SPI, I2C, RS-232/422/485, CAN) MIL standards- 1553, Fibre Channel, ARINC-429, DO-178C Lab experience SoC and MPSoC, technical leadership, hardware experience are all a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr NPAworldwide
