Operations Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:Reporting to the Site Director, the Operations Manager leads the Manufacturing Team with full accountability for operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput, ensuring disciplined execution and consistent delivery on customer commitments. The role translates site strategy into results through strong daily management, cross functional alignment, and ownership of new product launches, capacity planning, and resource alignment. Operating within an FDA regulated environment, the position ensures full compliance with 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and quality system requirements while driving continuous improvement.
