Job Description Summary The Strategic Systems Engineering Test Equipment group seeks a Senior Test Equipment Development Engineer to develop and manage complex electrical, mechanical and software‑based test equipment throughout the full system lifecycle. You will serve as a lead system integrator, designing, developing and managing integration and test activities from early concept through system certification. Duties / Responsibilities Own assignments and guide others, leading tasks while tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule. Develop plans, approaches, and procedures to solve complex integration and test problems across a program lifecycle. Produce high‑quality technical reports and presentations tailored to the intended audience. Present technical information confidently in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Identify program‑level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies. Mentor less experienced engineers, providing constructive feedback. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills / Abilities Curiosity‑driven approach to solving complex, industry‑driven problems as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate and communicate effectively with program team members, leadership, and non‑technical personnel. Team player who can work in a fast‑paced environment. Balance multiple competing tasks and demands. Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field. Experience 5‑7 years in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
