- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) \n
- No call, no weekends \n
\n - Coverage: Scheduled only \n
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks \n
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099) \n
- Pay Range: $220-230/hr (call to discuss structure) \n
Case Mix
\n- \n
- Heavy Ortho (including total shoulders starting February) \n
- Eyes (mostly topical with light sedation; minimal blocks) \n
- Mixed Endoscopy cases with MAC \n
- ENT for pediatrics (PALS required; conservative case selection) \n
- Blocks required for Ortho and some eye cases \n
Department Details

- Support staff: Typically 2 providers/day; occasionally 3 midweek \n
- EMR: HST \n
- Average case time: 75 min (general), 20 min (eyes) \n
- Early start: Rooms open at 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM \n
- Rarely late days; most cases finish before 4:00 PM \n

- ACLS, BLS, PALS \n
- Proficient in blocks \n
- Comfortable with pediatric ENT and orthopedic cases \n
