Why We’re Hiring Our BizOps & Analytics team has been a force multiplier and accelerant to our business, driving data & insights across product, growth, tech, and operations. We are hiring 4–6 people to lead Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships initiatives. We look for analytical powerhouses and first‑principles problem solvers who will shape questions, pull data, draw conclusions, and drive teams toward our next goals. Responsibilities Embed in one core business area and own the analytical function end‑to‑end. Define the right problems by understanding business questions and ensuring they are valid. Build metrics, reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key metrics. Deliver recommendations to stakeholders, explain findings, influence decisions, and track outcomes. Qualifications First‑principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before working with data. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, SQL, or Python. 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company. Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact. Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence leadership decisions. Direct communicator who can walk skeptical stakeholders through complex findings. Owner mindset: take responsibility for fixing issues outside your immediate swim lane. Tools SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, JupyterHub, GitHub. Compensation and Pay The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
