Duties

• Conduct inbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up with warm prospects interested in residential mortgage options
• Engage potential clients with persuasive communication, clearly explaining mortgage products, benefits, and application procedures
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Negotiate terms and facilitate smooth communication between clients and the lending team to secure mortgage approvals
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally throughout the sales process
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional financial services or products

Qualifications

• 2 years a MUST of Proven experience in mortgage telemarketing,
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Familiarity with CRM software tools used for managing customer relationships
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, technical sales, or business development is a MUST
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
• Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client engagement
