We're looking for a Construction Project Manager tojoin our Gulfport team!

53K-79K annual salary plus project incentives earned quarterly

Position located on-site in Gulfport, MS

The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established andgrowing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that weredamaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it most

The Position: We're looking for a Construction ProjectManager. You'll be responsible for:

Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish and host team updates
Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion

What you need to have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
High school or equivalent
Insurance reconstruction experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
