As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our residents. Job Summary:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for our residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff and management to identify staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of staffing levels, hours worked, and employee availability
- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract new staff members and promote a positive work environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staffing and scheduling

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Experience in healthcare
