AP Specialist

SNI has partnered with a large global manufacturing company in Dallas seeking an experience accounts payable analyst. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of AP within a shared services environment along with hands-on experience with a large ERP system. Additional duties will include the following.

• Approve expense statements and reimbursements
• Make bank deposits, reconciliation of invoices and input changes
• Oversee maintenance of vendor insurance and set-up
• Research past-due invoices, contacting vendors via phone and email
• Exceptional communication skills, proven ability to research and resolve complex payables issues
• Manipulating data along with importing data from Excel into the ERP system
