WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

As our Overnight Hotel Front Desk Auditor, you're the guardian of the night, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities include:

Manning the front desk overnight, welcoming late-night arrivals with warmth and professionalism
Performing meticulous audit functions, reconciling transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy
Maintaining the front desk area, keeping it clean and inviting for our guests
Handling cash, credit cards, and checks according to our policies and procedures
Running computer reports and complete accounting documents with precision
Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other requests, providing exceptional service at every turn

You work a part-time graveyard shift between 11 PM and 7 AM, plus weekends!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Ability to work weekends
Basic computer skills for operating office machinery
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Analytical with great critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Team player who is reliable and punctual

Having experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred but not required!
