Drivers run established interstate lanes supported by steady customer freight and organized dispatch planning. Loads are coordinated ahead whenever possible, helping limit unnecessary downtime and maintain consistent mileage from week to week.Most trips average between 700 and 750 miles, giving drivers longer runs that support reliable weekly earnings without depending heavily on short-haul freight. Consistent freight patterns and planned load transitions help create a more predictable operating schedule throughout each 12-day cycle.Freight & MilesDrivers haul mostly no-touch dry van freight across established multi-state lanes. Loads include a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight, with the majority requiring no driver unloading. Reliable customer demand helps maintain steady freight movement throughout the year.• Average haul lengths of 700–750 miles• Mostly no-touch dry van freight• Established interstate routes• Rider and pet program availableTruck & EquipmentDrivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space for additional comfort during multi-day runs. Equipment is supported through a company maintenance network to help reduce service delays and keep trucks moving.Home Time & PayThis fleet operates on a 12-day running cycle followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or park at a designated company location if preferred.Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $1,450 depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays.
