OTR Dry van Company driver (1099) Job in Middletown, DE by Pulse Express

Requirements
  • CDL Class A
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
  • 23 years of age or older
  • HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
  • Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude

Benefits

  • $0.80 CPM - Dry van (all miles paid)
  • Additional pay when hauling Hazmat
  • 3,000+ miles
  • Home time: 3 weeks out/ flexible home time
  • 2020 - 2024 Freightliners Cascadia, LED headlights, Fridge, microwave & Inverter
  • Brand new dry van trailers
  • Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)
  • Full-Time, steady work
  • Pet Policy
  • Cash advances available after 2 weeks
  • Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
  • Detentions
  • Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
  • Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty
  • Sign on bonus total of $4,000

Vacancy description

Pulse Express seeks OTR CDL drivers in Middletown, DE for dedicated dry van and HazMat freight runs.

Duties & Expectations:

  • Safely deliver dry van and hazardous materials on long-haul routes
  • Follow all federal, state, and company compliance guidelines
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and accurate logging

Benefits & Rewards:

  • $0.70–$0.75 per mile plus extra earnings for stops, detentions, and safety
  • Weekly pay of $2,200–$3,100 and up to $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • 24/7 dispatcher assistance by former drivers and pet-friendly environment
