OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Middletown, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Operate coast-to-coast flatbed lanes from Middletown with a premier fleet and dedicated in-house maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
- Maneuver sleeper-equipped trucks with APUs and inverters
- Secure, tarp, and deliver flatbed freight safely
- Maintain compliance with DOT log and safety protocols
Perks & Pay:
- $0.70/mile base pay plus $0.10/mile safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and scheduled home time

Requirements: Class A CDL and 12+ months of OTR flatbed driving.
