Hospital Acute Care Physical Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire a Hospital Acute Care Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based physical therapy to medically complex inpatients, from post-surgical to cardiopulmonary and neurologic cases. You will perform detailed evaluations, design and progress individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case management to drive safe mobility, functional recovery, and effective discharge planning. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and throughput goals within a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.
