TITLE: Epic PB/HB Claims Analyst (Bridges Go-Live) WORK LOCATION: Remote HOURS: Monday–Friday; 8-hour shifts starting between 7:00am–8:00am EST DURATION: Consultant 3-6 months with possibility to extend – Start 10/6 PAY: $36.75 Position Summary We are seeking Epic PB/HB Claims Go-Live Support Analysts to provide hands-on support during the transition to the new Bridges system. These roles will focus on claim edits, registration-related issues, and ensuring accurate capture of coverage and physician information within both HB (hospital billing) and PB (professional billing) workflows. Analysts will work directly in Epic work queues (WQs), performing edits and updates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and work Epic HB and PB claim edit work queues during go-live. Verify patient coverage and attending physician details, updating information as needed. Research and resolve registration-related issues impacting claims. Perform claim edits to ensure accurate and compliant submission. Support clean-up efforts by attaching/unattaching insurance verification where required. Collaborate with revenue cycle and registration teams to escalate recurring or systemic issues. Adapt to fluctuating daily volumes and reassignments between HB and PB as needed. Required Qualifications Experience working in Epic, preferably within HB or PB modules. Hands-on experience with claim edits or registration workflows. Familiarity with payer portals and insurance websites (preferred, but not required). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during high-volume periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
