Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare company, is seeking an Epic Project Manager for a remote position! In this role, you will be overseeing clinical modules; specifically Pharmacy ( Willow ), Cardiology ( Cupid ), Imaging ( Radiant ), and Data Conversions . The role bridges the gap between technical IT build and frontline patient care! What the right candidate will enjoy: Be a part of a leading/top ranked academic health system center! Experience of the right candidate: Experience with Epic modules including Pharmacy (Willow), Cardiology (Cupid), Imaging (Radiant), and data conversions. Strong background in clinical governance and stakeholder management. Expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, DEA requirements). Proven ability to lead testing and quality assurance cycles. Experience with deployment and Go-Live support. Job Nice to Haves: Familiarity with PACS and VNA systems. Knowledge of Closed-Loop Medication Management workflows. Experience in ancillary workflow alignment (e.g., oncology pharmacy protocols). Strong communication skills for engaging clinical advisory groups. Not mandatory on certifications but significant relevant experience in Epic Modules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
