Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description Delivery Governance:Prioritize PI commitments and collaborate with PO leadership and teamWork closely with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to ensure PI executionReview the release plans and deliverablesCollaboration as required with other teams for cross team deliverablesReview Sprint progress and Sprint retrosFocus on Test Automation as a priority and work on plans with QA leadFollow through the transition plan and executionWeekly review of progress - WSROversight of PI backlog grooming and clarificationsWeekly touch point with team leadership (Tech Lead + SM) - Agile AmplifiersCollaboration with Scrum Masters and RTE tracking progress and challengesInnovate to streamline teams' performance, financials, processesKeep track and prioritize the production support triage team for SLA and resolutionWork through transition and ensure seamless experience without impacting the PI Reporting - Financials + Agile Metrics:Review of monthly financials with RTEStay on top of the budget and plan for executionTrack and review agile metrics Leadership Reporting:Publish weekly 5-10 updating about DX trainShare the WSR reportingBi-weekly connect to discuss and update about the train - Observations, what can be done better and why, impact of the changes and results, etc.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 150,000 - 160,800. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
