Position - Commercial Property Administrator Location - Rosemont, IL Salary - $65-$75k/year + bonus Schedule - On Site - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm This Commercial Property Management company is a fast-paced, dynamic private equity real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, and management of industrial real estate with offices in Chicago, New Jersey and Florida. They are one of the most active acquirers of industrial buildings since 2000 with the purchase of over 288 buildings in 206 separate transactions totaling $6 billion. The firm’s fully integrated platform includes a best-in-class team of investment and development professionals facilitating disciplined transaction execution and asset management for our investors. They own and manage over 15 million square feet and control over 1,100 acres of land in corporate business parks in the greater Chicago area, New Jersey and Florida markets. Key Responsibilities Managing property data and maintaining records in proprietary software Tracking and monitoring tenant insurance certificates Coordinating roof, snow removal and landscape bid packages Prepare tenant welcome materials and supporting onboarding Handling utility service setups and terminations and track sustainability data Assembling SNDA and Estoppel documentation Assisting with various property management tasks as needed Operate proactively and independently in a high-volume environment Adaptable to competing demand and shifting priorities Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities Qualifications 2-5 years’ experience in customer service/office environment Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Outlook and Excel Previous exposure to commercial real estate or construction is a plus Offer of competitive compensation with excellent benefits including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) with a strong company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
