Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off | No On-Call | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
• Manage ventilated patients and operate specialized ICU equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical record documentation in accordance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN License in Arkansas or a Compact State.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required for travel submissions.
• Prior travel nursing experience required; local candidates will not be considered.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a diverse critically ill patient population in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Strong familiarity with electronic medical records systems used in critical care environments.
