Peer Recovery Driver & Discharge Navigator

Alton Memorial Hospital is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist Driver to support patients with substance use disorders within the hospital and during discharge planning. You will use SBIRT techniques, build coaching relationships, and coordinate treatment linkage in collaboration with the medical team. The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
