Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and engagement in everyday tasks
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Family Members: Teach patients and caregivers about therapy techniques that will aid ongoing progress outside of sessions
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
