Tool and Die Maker Location : Lake Zurich, IL Pay Rate : $20‑$40/hr Hours : 1st and 2nd shift We are seeking motivated individuals who keep things moving and treat each other as teammates. Qualifications and Responsibilities Experience utilizing a press fit, slip fit, and tolerance. Experience working with a broad range of materials, including tool steel, Teflon, aluminum, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions. Ability to use lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill machines, gauge blocks, dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers, and an understanding of the impacts of heat treat prior to grinding. Ability to apply basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
