A bit about this role:

As the Sr. Compliance Analyst for Devoted Health, you will report directly to our Associate Director of Business Compliance. You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with a focus on ensuring regulatory compliance. You will assist with legislative and regulatory compliance communication management, audit facilitation, exclusion screening, entity management, regulatory reporting, and monitoring emergency declarations.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

• Identifying, distributing, and monitoring the implementation status of regulatory communications.
• Researching regulations by reviewing regulatory guidance from CMS, the states, and other sources of information.
• Supporting regulatory reporting requirements across multiple entities, states, and operational areas.
• Independently verifying, investigating, and resolving complex research requests with high attention to detail.
• Facilitating the exclusion screening program.
• Supporting legal entity management, working closely with the legal and finance teams.
• Proactively monitoring emergency declarations and ensuring compliance with applicable law and internal policy regarding emergency declarations.
• Facilitating regulatory audits, supporting company-wide audit processes, and managing cross-departmental documentation requests.
• Supporting All-Payer Claims Data (APCD) initiatives, providing compliance guidance.
• Performing monthly metric analysis and translating data into actionable monthly reports.
• Synthesizing complex data to create entity Board of Directors materials.
• Participating in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.
• Preparing department reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Performing other duties as assigned to help the business compliance team achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired skills and experience:

• Three or more years working in a heavily regulated healthcare environment.
• Proficient in regulatory audit facilitation, internal compliance reviews, and coordinating responses to agency inquiries.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams to meet due dates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Medicare Advantage healthcare experience.

Salary Range: $58,000-$90,000 per year

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
