Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth and enhance emotional resilience.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and routinely monitor their progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for all clients, especially those facing transportation or mobility issues.
• Maintain diligent documentation of each session, adhering to ethical standards and industry regulations to ensure quality and integrity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, expanding your skills through workshops, peer supervision, and additional training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Emotional Freedom Psychotherapy Services offers competitive compensation in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
