If so, we want you to join our team at Culpepper Company/Subway in Washington County, Arkansas. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our Subway location, ensuring top-notch service and quality for our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
Ensure food quality meets company standards
Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any complaints
Oversee restaurant staff and ensure proper staffing levels
Manage costs and ensure profitability of the location

Required Skills:

Restaurant management experience
Strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of food and beverage management
Ability to coach and develop staff
Experience with complaint resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

ServSafe Certified
Experience in retail or accounting
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $45,000.00

Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
