Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Clinical Assisting: Provide professional chairside assistance to the doctor during a variety of dental procedures. Patient Care: Welcome patients warmly and provide clear post-operative instructions and education. Radiography: Capture and process accurate dental X-rays with proficiency. Operatory Management: Prepare, set up, and break down treatment rooms for clinical procedures. Sterilization: Perform thorough sterilization and disinfection of instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA standards. Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant office environment. Administrative Support: Assist with front-office tasks as needed to ensure smooth practice operations. Salary Range full-time $25 - $32 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits Benefits: Paid time off and dental insurance. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM Weekends: One Saturday per month from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental assisting. Valid Dental X-ray Certification. Coronal Polish Certificate. Current CPR Certification. Strong computer skills and professional communication abilities. Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations and infection control procedures. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Preferences Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license. Experience with Open Dental software. Prior administrative or front-office experience in a dental setting.
