CT Technologist

Role Overview: The CT Technologist performs computed tomography examinations based on physician orders, utilizing advanced CT equipment while considering patient-specific needs. Key Responsibilities: Operate sophisticated imaging technology to produce high-quality images, ensure patient safety and comfort, adhere to imaging protocols, and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Certification, licensing (including Oregon Medical Imaging License), and registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent). Knowledge of imaging techniques, patient care, and safety procedures. Additional Requirements: BLS certification upon hire, and within one year, obtain specialized CT or nuclear medicine registration if not already held.
