Integrity Heating & Cooling is hiring one entry-level technician for our 24-month paid training program.

Earn $20-$30 per hour plus commissions while developing practical skills alongside expert HVAC professionals.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone ready to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career in residential heating and cooling.

What you’ll learn: Our training program covers the technical and customer service skills used in residential HVAC, including:

• Furnace and air-conditioning maintenance
• System diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Airflow, system sizing, and design fundamentals
• Equipment installation and sheet metal fabrication
• ServiceTitan software
• Preparing estimates and presenting in-home sales options
• Clear, professional communication with customers
• Basic management skills to support future career development

What you’ll do:

As your training progresses, you’ll apply your skills to maintenance visits, repair calls, and equipment installations. You’ll participate in individual and group training and help customers understand their systems and available service options.

This position includes a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule.

What you’ll need:

• Completion of an HVAC school program within the past 12 months
• A valid driver’s license
• Your own basic HVAC hand tools
• A willingness to learn and follow through
• Clear communication and professional customer service
• Availability for full-time work and rotating on-call duties
• Pride in your workmanship and respect for customers’ homes
