Position Overview

GTL Management is currently hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team near Elk Grove Village, IL. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building professional skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Sales Representative, you'll interact directly with customers, answer questions about products and services, assist with account enrollments and order processing, and deliver a positive customer experience. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Position Requirements

• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full-time availability
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Explain available products and services based on customer needs
• Process customer orders, enrollments, and account information accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and team development activities
• Represent our clients professionally while maintaining company standards

Location & Availability
