• $17.25 during training, 18.25/hr + Uncapped Commission post training), ($19.25/hr for bilingual Spanish speakers from day 1)
• Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends

What's in It for You?  

Pay & Commission  

• Base: $18.25/hr ($19.25/hr bilingual Spanish) 

• At goal: ~$25/hr total (base + commission) 

• Commission paid monthly · Uncapped; earnings vary based on individual performance. 

• Top performers: $5,000–$8,000/month in commission 

• Ramp-up protection: commission floor for your first 3 months post-training* 

(contingent on meeting attendance, productivity, and sales activity KPIs.) 

Schedule  

• Immediately hiring for the 10:30 AM-7:00 PM shift · Mon-Fri, no nights, no weekends 

• 5-week paid training at $17.25/hr, then $18.25/hr base once you hit the floor

What We're Looking For  

• 1+ year in sales or customer-facing role (retail, call center, etc.) 

• Motivated by commission; resilient and goal-oriented 

• Strong communicator; comfortable with sales scripts and CRM tools 

• Able to multitask across multiple screens and systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy on every call 

Nice to have:  

• Contact center or phone sales experience in a high-volume setting 

• Home warranty, service plans, or subscription product sales 

• A track record of exceeding quotas in performance-driven environments. 

• Salesforce or HubSpot experience 

What You'll Do  

Sales  

• Sell home warranty, protection plan, and energy-related products through inbound and outbound calls 

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and overcome objections

• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service 

Customer & Operations  

• Lead consultative, trust-building conversations 

• Accurately log calls and follow-ups in CRM 

• Work with coaches to continuously improve your performance
