This role helps ensure employees and leaders receive timely support, information remains accurate, and HR operations run smoothly.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting a positive employee experience. This role will work closely with employees, field leadership, and the HR team across the organization.### Who You AreYou are someone who:* Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented* Enjoys maintaining accurate records and creating efficient processes* Communicates professionally with employees at all levels* Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Takes ownership, follows through, and looks for ways to improve* Values confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service* Enjoys supporting employees and being part of a collaborative teamKey Responsibilities* Support onboarding for new field and office employees, including paperwork, HRIS entry, and onboarding coordination* Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and required documentation* Assist with employee changes, forms, benefits documentation, and HR processes* Support HR reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives* Respond to general employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes* Support field employees with HR systems and processes, including BambooHR* Manage shared HR inboxes and assist with administrative HR needs* Translate HR communications and documents from English to Spanish as needed* Maintain confidentiality when handling employee informationQualifications & Requirements* 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, office coordination, or a related field preferred* Bilingual English/Spanish required* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Strong communication and customer service skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology* Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, or employee documentation preferred* Experience in construction, field operations, or a multi-location environment preferred but not requiredSystems & Tools* BambooHR (HRIS)* Microsoft Office Suite* Plexxis### Work Environment* Primarily office-based role* Occasional job site visits may be required to support employee needs and HR initiativesThe salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
