Senior Portfolio Manager - Hybrid

Stryker seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Neurovascular Upstream Marketing team in a hybrid Fremont role. The position involves competitive analysis, market research, new product development strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product launches and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and value propositions
- Develop financial models and business cases supporting new product development and ROI assessments
- Lead cross-functional new product development and pre-commercialization planning processes
- Conduct market research and leverage key opinion leaders to understand customer and patient needs
- Partner with clinical and product marketing teams on evidence generation and messaging strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of work experience
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
- Upstream marketing experience preferred
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Compensation: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
