Primary Care Physician

CareMore APC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join their outpatient clinic team. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population, ensuring excellent patient satisfaction, and adhering to quality performance metrics such as STARs and HEDIS measures. The physician will contribute to improving health outcomes and quality of life for patients through personalized care. Practice Info Outpatient clinic setting Serves a diverse adult patient population Focus on preventive care and quality outcomes Care provided in care centers, at home, or virtually Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and adherence to quality performance metrics, including STARs and HEDIS measures Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient clinic setting Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventive care and quality outcomes Proactively address and document care related to HEDIS and STAR measures to improve health plan quality ratings Participate in and contribute to high-risk patient huddles and care coordination with clinical staff and support teams Collaborate with clinic leadership to monitor and improve clinic productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics Support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with xmvmafu clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship as needed Compensation Compensation: $274,780 to $412,169 This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance Requirements MD or DO Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) Board certification (If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months) DEA license required Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test
