Purpose: To lead and manage the day-to-day Service department operations for both Commercial and Residential , including oversight of field crews, client relations, and department profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●       Lead and manage the Service department, including Service Coordinators and field crews.

●       Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and ensure full client satisfaction.

●       Represent [Company] professionally in all client, vendor, and team interactions.

●       Set department standards and enforce Fry Roofing policies and processes.

●       Oversee the daily Service schedule for clients, crews, equipment, and materials.

●       Manage all Service work orders from bid through implementation to follow-up and close-out.

●       Expert use of Fry Roofing CRM; ensure team compliance and data accuracy.

●       Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; collaborate with Sales to acquire new clients.

●       Drive department revenue, manage expenses, and achieve profit goals.

●       Monitor and report on department KPIs, including response time, first-time fix rate, and client retention.

●       Identify upsell opportunities within the service pipeline and collaborate with Sales to close them.

●       Hire, train, and develop Service Coordinators and field team members.

●       Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

●       Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

●  7+ years in commercial roofing

●       3+ years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams

●       Proven leadership and team management skills

●       Strong organizational and project management abilities

●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

●       Ability to read and interpret roofing or construction scopes of work

No specific education requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

●       Experience in commercial and Residential roofing

●       Bilingual (Spanish)
