About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise technology, AI, digital transformations, and data strategy. The CTO will be responsible for aligning technology investments with business outcomes, with a strong focus on deploying AI-driven capabilities, enhancing cybersecurity, and driving improvements in operational efficiency, client experience, and revenue. This role requires a strategic leader who can establish technology as a measurable business driver, define a multi-year technology roadmap, and serve as a key advisor to the executive team on technology investments and priorities. Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading the agency's AI strategy, ensuring a scalable and integrated technology ecosystem, and managing vendor and Insurtech relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise transformation, experience in leading AI or ML initiatives, and a strong background in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, particularly in a financial services or insurance context. The CTO will also be accountable for the agency's cybersecurity posture, risk management, and governance, and must have a formal risk framework aligned with industry standards. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of technology or digital leadership experience, with a background in insurance or service-based industries being advantageous.
