Now Hiring: Project Executive – Wisconsin | HVAC / Mechanical Construction
We’re looking for an experienced Project Executive to help lead client relationships and project execution across Wisconsin.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who understands HVAC/mechanical construction, client development, project delivery, and relationship management and is ready to take ownership of a territory and grow with a fast-expanding organization.
Location: Cedarburg, WI
Remote: Candidates located in Wisconsin outside a reasonable daily commute may be considered
Project Coverage: Milwaukee, Madison & Green Bay metro areas
Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex clients throughout Wisconsin
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial concept through project closeout
- Provide a high level of client service and conduct regular client check-ins
- Support project development and execution across the territory
- Review project estimates and provide input as needed
- Coordinate with internal project teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and successfully
- Visit active construction sites as needed
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and support future business growth
- Take ownership of results, client satisfaction, and territory performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, commercial construction, or a related industry
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Understanding of construction projects, estimating, and project delivery
- Ability to review and understand project estimates
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and visit project sites
