Senior Welder – TIG/MIG
Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team!
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Welder to join our fast-paced production team in Somerset, NJ. If you take pride in precision welding, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Perform TIG and MIG welding based on blueprints and specifications
Inspect materials and completed welds for quality
Set up and operate welding equipment and hand tools
Produce repetitive production parts with accuracy and consistency
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Support production needs across departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of TIG/MIG welding experience
3+ years in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Bonus Skills
Aluminum and stainless-steel welding experience
Metal shop production experience
Experience with Miller Welding Robots
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Schedule
Full-Time | First Shift
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime available
Pay
$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
