Senior Welder – TIG/MIG

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Welder to join our fast-paced production team in Somerset, NJ. If you take pride in precision welding, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform TIG and MIG welding based on blueprints and specifications

• Inspect materials and completed welds for quality

• Set up and operate welding equipment and hand tools

• Produce repetitive production parts with accuracy and consistency

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Support production needs across departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of TIG/MIG welding experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Bonus Skills

• Aluminum and stainless-steel welding experience

• Metal shop production experience

• Experience with Miller Welding Robots

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Schedule

• Full-Time | First Shift

• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Overtime available

Pay

$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
