Academic Mission: Play a key role in training and educating the next generation of physicians through our robust residency and medical student programs at a premier academic medical center. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for the most critically ill and premature infants. Attend high-risk deliveries and perform antenatal consultations. Educational Leadership: Actively train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing directly to our academic programs. Team Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Family-Centered Care: Maintain clear, compassionate communication and provide essential education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $233,416. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
