We have recently partnered with one such firm who is seeking to add a Senior Manager to their Audit & Assurance team

To qualify for this role, our client is seeking:

• 6+ years experience within a public accounting firm handling assurance/financial statement review work - THIS IS REQUIRED
• BBA/BS - Accounting
• CPA is a must
• Track record of growth and accomplishment in your career
• Outgoing personality comfortable interfacing with firm senior leadership and external client leaders, i.e. CEO, CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager, Tax Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of accounting requirements within the real estate and construction space

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for team members and client leadership. Your main duties will include the following:

• Assist in the delivery of exceptional client service by ensuring a high level of oversight on client engagements/projects
• Assist in advising clients on key business decisions to help in the growth of client's business
• Develop strong, productive, and trustworthy relationships with clients and internal team members
• Manage engagement/project risk
• Lead/manage engagements
• Hire/train/develop/mentor associates to ensure the professional and personal growth of team members
• Act as a part of the firm's senior leadership team to seek out effective, efficient ways to move things forward as the firm grows

Our client works aggressively to limit employee overtime by logically aligning business development and firm growth with employee growth and retention. Due to this simple focus, our client typically caps OT at 10% annually.
