What You’ll Do

• Provide professional nursing care across Emergency, Med/Surg, and Progressive Care units
• Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments for diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric
• Administer medications accurately, adhering to the six rights
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and health management
• Assist with procedures and treatments requiring manual and technical skills
• Document care in accordance with hospital policies and practice standards
• Maintain a safe, organized environment under minimal supervision

What You Need
Required:

• Valid NH RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS & PALS (preferred or will be provided upon hire)
• 1+ year of ER, Med/Surg, or PCU experience
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Rural healthcare experience
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Compassionate team player
