Job Description
We are currently looking for 1 outpatient pharmacist and 2 inpatient pharmacists. We are looking for direct hire and open to agency contracts if needed. Below are the qualifications we are looking for:

Outpatient Pharmacist: PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy. Licensed in state of Arizona preferred. If licensed in another state, must make application for AZ license and pass AZ law exam (UMPJE) before start date, keeping in mind it can take 7 days following exam to receive results. Works rotating weekends and holidays.

Inpatient Pharmacist: PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy. Licensed in state of Arizona preferred. If licensed in another state, must make application for AZ license and pass AZ law exam (UMPJE) before start date, keeping in mind it can take 7 days following exam to receive results. Works rotating weekends and holidays. Must also possess IV admixture/sterile compounding certifications from ACPE accredited course. Inpatient pharmacy experience either during student rotations or work experience a must. PGY1 residency and/or Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification preferred.
