Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and existing resources, enabling informed and effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients in urgent need of support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in a community health setting, particularly those familiar with dealing with an underserved population, will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools is also beneficial, as our remote setting relies on digital communication and treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
