Job Duties Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 460V three-phase electrical systems Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment Assist with equipment repairs and general mechanical work Support production by minimizing downtime and resolving issues quickly Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments Education Requirements HS Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred but not required Experience Requirements Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices. Required Skills & Experience Experience working With high and low voltage electrical systems Strong understanding of three-phase power (460V preferred) Working knowledge of pneumatics Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical schematics Basic computer skids (data entry, maintenance logs, etc.) Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred. Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial. Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician. Basic fabrication skills (cutting, welding, modifying parts) General mechanical troubleshooting experience Industrial maintenance background Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 30-60 pounds. Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
