Join a fast-growing EdTech organization as our Human Resources Director. This strategic leadership role will oversee talent acquisition, HR compliance, employee relations, and people strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies.
• Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting top talent to support growth.
• Build and strengthen the company's employer brand and online recruiting presence.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, training, and best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
• Stay current on HR trends, employment law, and talent management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience within higher education or EdTech preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years at the Director level.
• Proven success leading talent acquisition in a growing organization.
• Strong background in employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive a high-performance culture.
