What You’ll Do as a Speech Therapist / SLP:

• Provide speech therapy services in accordance with applicable law, physician orders, payer requirements, and the authorized plan of care.

• Evaluate patients in their homes and provide skilled speech therapy interventions related to speech, language, voice, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders, as clinically appropriate.

• Develop, update, and implement care plans consistent with clinical judgment, physician orders, payer requirements, and applicable professional standards.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication, swallowing safety, functional progress, and quality of life as clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable payer, agency, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current California Speech-Language Pathology / SLP license

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Professional liability insurance

• Passion for providing exceptional patient care

• Professional, responsive, and committed to high-quality documentation

• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
