Who We Are :

• Creative Landscaping & Design is an industry-leading, professional outdoor landscaping firm specializing in custom landscape design, installation, and ongoing landscape services.
• We have been creating and maintaining inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for over 50 years throughout Southwest Michigan. 
• We are located near Lake Michigan in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, sales, client service, or related field.
• Enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and has strong organizational ability.
• Great positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a broader team of professionals.
• Ability to work with other team members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

Job Description:

• Provide consistent and frequent communication with customers, so as to ensure strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct site visits to connect with clients, aid in the consultation and development of installation and enhancement projects, or landscape maintenance needs.  
• Provide calculated estimates for clients as needed.
• Establish  effective lines of communication between the client, sales, design, and the production team to ensure seam less transition from one customer step to the next.
• Follow up with clients post-project to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and neighborhood referrals.
