Familiarity with web site best practices (e.g., for writing, page layout, calls to action, information architecture, image sizes, etc.). Knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG). Knowledge of AEO best practices. Ability to generate innovative solutions to marketing and communication challenges. Ability to effectively develop collaborative partnerships. Experience with a content management system. Familiarity with Google Analytics. Ability to promote inclusive excellence in the workplace. (This could include but is not limited to samples of writing, examples of web pages you maintain, etc.) Informed by its Catholic and Marianist mission, the University is committed to the dignity of every human being. Informed by this commitment, we seek to increase diversity in all of its forms, achieve fair outcomes, and model inclusion across our campus community. The University is committed to policies of affirmative action designed to increase the employment opportunities of individuals with disabilities and protected veterans in compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1973. #J-18808-Ljbffr
