Restaurant Manager – Iconic Back Bay Dining (Boston, MA)
Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking to advance your career at one of Boston's most recognizable dining destinations? Located in the heart of the Back Bay on fashionable Newbury Street, our renowned restaurant has been serving award-winning, sophisticated comfort food since 2004. We are currently seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver the casual elegance and warm hospitality our guests expect.
Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play an integral role in our dining room's daily operations. Working directly with the General Manager, you will implement comprehensive strategies to elevate the guest experience while driving operational profitability. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining our high standards for food and beverage quality, optimizing staff performance, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring strict adherence to all company policies and local health regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
- A proven track record of successfully mentoring, training, and developing hospitality staff.
- A deep commitment to providing exceptional, guest-oriented service.
