Assistant Project Manager

Martik Brothers, Inc. is a commercial general contractor serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. We deliver quality construction and project management services, and we're looking for a driven professional to help lead our projects from planning through completion. Position Summary Martik Brothers is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Support project managers and on-site personnel across active job sites daily Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving Track project timelines, budgets, and documentation Support scheduling of labor, materials, and subcontractors Help prepare and maintain job files, estimates, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality Support bid preparation and contract administration Assist with resolving on-site issues and escalating as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Working knowledge of commercial construction processes and general contracting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency with basic office/project management software Competitive pay, based on experience 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Martik Brothers, Inc.
